Yuzu Spritz – A Spritz, but not like any other

The Story
Another orange spritz? No, thank you. Our star is yuzu, the citrus fruit of Japanese cuisine: more fragrant than lemon, more tart than mandarin. Paired with smooth Junmai sake and a splash of white wine. The aperitivo, reimagined.

Tasting Notes

• Profile: Zesty & Crisp.
• Taste: Citrusy and crisp, with a hint of umami from the sake and fine effervescence. A spritz that also pairs perfectly with sushi.

Serving Suggestion
Pour ice-cold into a wine glass and serve with a lemon or yuzu wedge. Add ice if desired. Kanpai!

• Volume: 75 cl
• Alcohol Content: 12% ABV
• Ingredients: Junmai sake, white wine, neutral spirit, yuzu juice, sugar. Contains sulfites.
• Production: Our own recipe, mixed by hand and bottled at our factory in Adliswil near Zurich.
