Ingredients:

Ice cubes
5cl violet aperitif
Tonic water
Graniture: grapefruit and mint

Preparation: Fill the glass with plenty of ice, pour the Violet Aperitif into the glass, pour in the tonic and decorate with mint and grapefruit.
