The juniper, or Reckholder in Fricktal, has been established for centuries. It was used to flavor dishes or even to smoke meat. In search of the right ingredients for the Chin, Rudi Käser discovered the great potential of the forests with their Reckholder shrubs. So the Fricktaler Reckholder was paired with Fricktaler cherry blossoms and exotic fruits and spices from all over the world.
