The juniper, or in the Fricktal also called Reckholder, has been resident for centuries. It was used to season dishes or even to smoke meat. While searching for the right ingredients for Tschin, Rudi Käser discovered the great potential of the forests with their Reckholder bushes. So the Fricktaler Reckholder was paired with Fricktaler cherry blossoms and exotic fruits and spices from all over the world.
