TAU is distilled by the Draft Brothers in Winterthur. When we met with the gin masters, it was important to us not to simply produce a copy of the original hierbas, but to leave a lasting impression with both the bottle and the taste.

We only use organic Swiss herbs and fruit, without any additives. This is why the color is slightly darker than the original hierbas.

The main ingredient, aniseed, is distilled using special processes to produce the 23% alcohol content by volume.
