A rare Swiss grape variety - playful and elegant, with beautiful complexity and freshness. The ripe grapes from the Sitenrain organic winery in Meggen (Switzerland) are hand-picked, destemmed, and cold-macerated overnight on the skins before pressing. Aging takes place partly in ceramic spheres and used barriques, as well as in a 500-liter Swiss oak cask for a subtle wood note, complemented by a steel tank for freshness.

Recommended serving temperature: 10-12 C. Perfect for deep conversations, a long brunch, or an aperitivo - pairs wonderfully with lake fish, asparagus, or white pizza without tomato sauce.
