Solaris Organic White Wine AOC Lucerne 75 cl / 13.8% Switzerland
A crisp, aromatic organic white wine made from 100% Solaris grapes from the Sitenrain organic winery in Meggen (Switzerland). The grapes are hand-picked, destemmed, and cold-macerated for two hours before pressing, followed by cool fermentation in a steel tank.
Recommended serving temperature: 10-12 C. Pairs wonderfully with Asian dishes or raclette.
Awards: Gold at the International Organic Wine Prize 2018, 2nd place at the Swiss Organic Wine Prize 2018, 90 points at 5 Star Wines 2019, among the Top 44 organic Bio-Knospe wines by Vinum 2024.
