For the production: Moroccan mint is beside the juniper the main ingredient. In a separate distillation process, peels of lime, lemon, orange and red grapefruit were fired along with Vietnamese cilantro.
Description: Opened in the nose very fresh with dominant mint and citrus. On the palate spicy juniper and pepper, but again mint.
Recommendation: As a G & T with mild tonic (e.g., Fevertree); as garnish a little mint or lemon peel
