Silhouette Assemblage blanc Vin de Pays Romand white wine – This bright, pale-yellow white wine is fresh, fruity, smooth and harmonious. Its bouquet is scented with aromatic shrubs and a hint of citrus, along with mineral notes. On the palate, it tastes slightly sweet at first, with intense grapefruit aromas and the mineral notes mentioned above. The acidity is noticeable, giving the wine freshness, yet it is well integrated, making the wine taste very balanced and appealing.

About Silhouette

Silhouette brings together paper-cutting and winemaking—centuries-old crafts and traditions steeped in stories—to make special moments unforgettable. Elegant, harmonious and easy-drinking wines that honour Switzerland’s roots while celebrating modern tastes.

The region

Plenty of good things in the west: the French-speaking part of Switzerland, Romandie, produces most of the country’s wines, especially white wines. Its terroirs are particularly diverse. From the sun-kissed, almost Mediterranean regions along Lake Geneva to the high mountains of the canton of Valais, numerous grape varieties thrive here, many of them indigenous, particularly in Valais. They give rise to exceptional wines, ranging from mineral and fresh to complex and fruity.
