Its bouquet is fragrant with aromatic shrubs and a hint of citrus, as well as mineral notes. On the palate, it tastes slightly sweet at first, with intense grapefruit aromas and the mineral notes mentioned above. The acidity is pronounced, giving the wine freshness, but is well integrated, making the wine taste very balanced and appealing.
