This is ensured by the aroma of red tea from Sikkim, an Indian state in the southern Himalayas, where since 2016 exclusively organic farming is being operated. The "Bilberry" edition of Sikkim is based on the classic London Dry Gin and was additionally flavored with blueberries and bitter orange peel.
