This Grappa Riserva from Nebbiolo, a Piedmontese grape variety, is initially matured for several years in barrique before refining in a second, approximately two-year aging in wooden barrels previously used for the best port wines. This special passage, previously used only for whiskey and now taken over by SIBONA, gives the grappa an exceptional quality: delicate bouquet, unique aroma, full and elegant with a fruity and prominent finish.
