Samichlaus Classic
Full of character - strong

Brewed once a year on the 6th of December, this strong beer is probably the best known beer from our brewery, with a large following among the growing number of beer connoisseurs. The very elaborate and long-lasting manufacturing process (10 months in the storage cellar), makes it a real rarity. Samichlaus can age for many years in the bottle, older vintages gain in complexity and get their creamy-warm finish. The proof: The year 2004 was the gold medal winner in the category "aged beers" at the World Beer Cup 2012.
