Fresh and citrusy on the palate, but very
balanced with juniper and fine
vanilla notes. Light sweetness with a subtle

Pink Grapefruit Old Tom Gin is the successor to the citrus-based limited Artists' Edition of 2016, relaunched in an even fresher version in 2019. It uses organic pink grapefruit peels, lovingly peeled by the distillery team. These are used along with the traditional Rock Rose botanicals for this gin. It is then lightly sweetened with Muscovado cane sugar.
