Paloma – Mexico's Favorite Dove

The Story
When there's a celebration in Mexico, "La Paloma," the dove, takes flight. The classic made with agave and grapefruit is a staple at every party. Our dove takes flight with a touch more smoke: with mezcal, pink grapefruit, and a pinch of sea salt.

Tasting Notes

• Profile: Smoky, Tangy & Refreshing.
• Taste: Smoky mezcal meets the tart, zesty freshness of pink grapefruit. The salt does the rest, while the fine carbonation keeps everything light.

Serving Suggestion
Pour ice-cold into a highball glass filled with plenty of ice. For a salted rim, moisten the glass with a lime and turn it in sea salt (or Tajín). Garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge. ¡Salud!
