Mongozo Mango is a rich exotic fruit beer from an African recipe.

The soft yellow color and rich fruit flavor of fresh mangoes distinguish this fruit beer. The quaffable, sweet, light and tangy taste experience makes it an ideal summer drink that evokes the exoticism of foreign cultures. The recipe harkens back to traditional African beers originally served in private 'cafes' such as in the living room or outside under the shade of a mango tree. Large calabashes made from dried gourds at the entrance served as pointers to the taprooms. Fairtrade ingredients, like the mango, lead to Max-Havelaar's Fairtrade certification. It is classically drunk from half a coconut shell at 5-7°C.
