Our WEIZEN is a wonderfully fresh wheat beer brewed slightly darker than traditional Hefeweizen. The mixture of wheat and barley malts - fermented top-fermented - gives the wheat its balanced character and the strong color. Thanks to the high proportion of wheat malt, together with the yeast it acquires its distinctive fruity flavor.
