Lurisia has developed these drinks in collaboration with the Slow-Food Support Groups (the so-called Presidi), which are produced without any preservatives or colorings and only with natural flavors.
The Chinotto is made from the bitter oranges of Savona - simply awesome. For the Gazzosa only the world famous Sfusato lemons from Amalfi are used. This ancient citrus fruit of oriental origin has been cultivated since 1500 on the Ligurian Riviera.
