The traditional distillery Marí Mayans from Ibiza launches its latest distillate; the IBZ48 Premium Dry Gin. The first Spanish gin with an alcohol content of 48%vol and a clear, very aromatic and Mediterranean taste.

Based on high quality grain alcohol, the IBZ48 is distilled in the classic Copper Alambique, which gives it its mature and aromatic juniper note.

The taste of dry gin is complemented by the refreshing citrus note of the best lemons and a slightly spicy note of thyme flowers.

The family business uses only berries, herbs and fruits that grow exclusively on Ibiza.
