Hyde Irish Single Malt Whiskey 10 Years 70 cl / 46 % Irland

Hyde Irish Single Malt whiskey is distilled twice in traditional pot stills and made exclusively from malted Irish barley. The malt is bottled after its final maturation without cooling filtration in 46%, and of course, without the addition of dye. For reducing to drinking strength fresh West Cork is used spring water.

Aroma: Rich fragrance with notes of tropical fruits from the Caribbean, passion fruit, vanilla and butterscotch

Taste: hints of sweet rum, vanilla, ginger and lime and hints of apple, mango and orange in the background

Finish: Rich and spicy with a buttery vanilla finale

Feature: Without cooling filtration, without the addition of dye

The Whiskey Hyde comes from independent bottlers Hibernia Distillers. The second bottling of Hyde Brothers their series "President's Cask" was a finish in Dark Rum
