Ginabelle Gin, from Galicia, Spain, is a special kind of gin, which is a much more fruity variety compared to other gins. Before bottling, Ginabelle is distilled an impressive 11 times, resulting in its remarkable complexity and good structure.

The art of distillation has been steadily perfected for this gin since 1877 and there is no shortage of ingredients to choose from: mirabelle plums and albariño grapes as well as coriander, licorice, broom, fresh lemons and a few other unknown ingredients combine to form a unique one Gin in the New Western style.

At Ginabelle you can taste the dominant notes of mirabelle, as well as Albariño, followed by a floral curtain of aromas that puts the juniper in the background. For optimal fruity taste development, a balloon glass is beneficial.
