Gazosa is a clear, carbonated lemonade from the canton of Ticino.
When opening the bottles there is a splendid bang, so the gazosa used to be called "champagne of the poor" in the vernacular.
For me, Marco Oesch, Gazosa is above all a culinary delight and a childhood memory of my summer holidays in Ticino.

So I am all the more pleased that with Gazosa 1883 I am now able to produce the first Gazosa with natural flavors and no artificial colors.
Mendrisio is produced by one of the oldest gazosa producers in Ticino. My friend, Lele "Gazosa" Coduri leads the production in the third generation.
The name "Gazosa 1883" pays tribute to the first Gazosa factory in Mendrisio, which was put into operation in 1883.

Gazosa 1883 is the gazosa of the gourmet and is characterized by natural flavors and no artificial colors.
