Don Julio Blanco is a full-bodied and luscious top tequila. The Don Julio distillery was founded by Julio González Estrada and has existed since 1942. The tequila from this house is still produced according to traditional methods and is made from 100% blue agave. The cultivation area of Don Julio is located in the highlands of Los Altos de Jalisco.

Tequila Don Julio is the name of a distillery that produces the tequila of the same name, which is one of the best Mexican national drinks. Don Julio is produced in the usual Blanco, Reposado and Añejo varieties, as well as under the 1942 and Real designations. Don Julio González was dedicated to improving his always tequila and meticulously attended to every aspect, from the cultivation of the agave to the bottling of the finished product. Tradition has it that in the beginning Don Julio only made tequila in small quantities to enjoy with friends in convivial gatherings. However, when word spread far beyond his circle of friends and acquaintances about how good his tequila tasted and he was approached by more and more strangers, he finally felt called upon to found his own distillery.
