Champagne Jacquart Brut Mosaïque Sparkling Wine – A fresh, balanced, light and beautifully fruity pale yellow sparkling wine that sparkles quite intensely in the glass. Its rather full-bodied bouquet is dominated by aromas of apple, pear and lemon, accompanied by a hint of exotic fruit (pineapple), minty notes and hints of nutmeg. On the palate, it is lively and very fresh, with a harmonious, rather soft, medium-bodied structure and vigorous effervescence. Notes of grass and the characteristic delicate yeast aromas complement the fruit.

About Champagne Jacquart

Champagne Jacquart is a young, modern Champagne house brimming with optimism. Its mission: to turn the little pleasures of everyday life into special occasions for sharing and creating memories. Its exceptional expertise serves a free spirit and a joyful, colourful vision of life, where people feel free to indulge in life’s essential pleasures. The brand brings a more relaxed kind of luxury to the world of Champagne, offering less formal ways to enjoy excellent quality at a fair price. This quality, with its direct, airy and delicate character, comes from a mosaic of terroirs and the passion of talented winemakers.

The Region

With its comparatively cool climate, Champagne in northeastern France was the first region in the world to produce sparkling wine in large quantities and is now synonymous with the highest quality. Only sparkling wines from Champagne may be called Champagne; like the wines of Bordeaux and Burgundy, they are considered a benchmark worldwide. The roots of the vigorous vines penetrate deep into the soil, which consists of calcareous sediments and thus provides ideal conditions for water retention. The finest sites lie on the slopes of the hills characteristic of the landscape. While a whole range of grape varieties used to be grown in Champagne, today the main varieties are Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
