We clearly smell the cocoa from the gin. In contrast to a pure cacao border, the impression here is fruity. We smell juniper and citrus fruits. Especially the citrus flavors are what bring the freshness in. In addition we find orange and a mint note. Very exciting. Ice makes the mint more apparent. Again we have the freshness. We smell citrus. We have a bitterness note for that. The orange is almost gone. The cocoa is not so superficial.

First we taste fruity citrus flavors. The gin leaves a fresh impression. We taste the juniper clearly, but not overburdening. The cocoa is unobtrusive in the aroma, but clearly present. In the background we have some mint and orange. Above all, we notice the nice mouthfeel of the gin. Ice brings the freshness of the mint to the front. If the alcohol were not, you could drink the Cocoa Gin as a refreshment drink. It is less complex, but still has citrus flavors with angelica and juniper.
