The Brazilian Cachaça 51 is one of the world's best-selling cachaças.In 1959, Guilherme Müller Filho founded the "Companhia Müller de Bebidas" to produce the typical Brazilian sugarcane brandy Cachaça. For this purpose, similar to the Rhum Agricole, no molasses but sugarcane juice is used, which fermented before distillation for three weeks in a copper and wooden barrel.
