To bring a piece of Barcelona in the bottle: That was the idea of a group of passionate entrepreneurs in early 2019. Catalonia is a renowned region in the northeast of Spain. The Catalans are the driving force and the greatest innovators in Spanish viticulture. They were the first to produce sparkling wine in the Penedès using the Champagne method - Cava still plays an important role here today. In this great wine region you can find all the microclimates that you can imagine for viticulture. On the coast the sea provides freshness and humidity, inland it is rather dry and hot. In addition, mountain ranges with their chains of hills and steep slopes produce many exceptional terroirs, especially on limestone and clay soils. These natural conditions, coupled with the ingenuity of the local winegrowers, gives rise to a wealth of great wines.
