Angelo Delea Rosé Spumante Brut IGT Svizzera Charme Sparkling Wine – A fresh and light sparkling wine. Salmon pink. Vigorous foaming at first, then a rather quickly fading perlage. Subtle bouquet. Hints of stone fruit (apricot) and berry aromas. Accompanied by light floral accents (rose, violet) and a slightly yeasty note. Strong, persistent mousse on the palate. Slightly sweet on the attack. The structure is quite soft, of medium body and harmonious. Also subtle in the retro-nasal aroma. Notes of berry fruit, vegetal/floral hints, light spice and a touch of yeast. The tasting team found the finish to be rather short.
