The goal is the perfect harmony of fruit and wood. The aging takes place in French oak barrels, which were pre-aged with red wine from Toni Ottiger in Lucerne. The short move into a sherry cask gives the fruit the unique complexity and finesse, which underlines the high quality of the fruit distillate. Pure pleasure and an insider tip for connoisseurs.
