Äntebüsi liqueur: Maid Shot A shot of a fine caraway-cherry liqueur. It is especially known in Central and Eastern Switzerland and is often drunk after a meal. The Äntebüsi is also very popular on the carnival days around the Pilatus. It is best enjoyed slightly chilled - cheers!
