Right of withdrawal

Refunds, Credits
If the customer is entitled to refunds or other credits, for example if an item is no longer available, these will be refunded to the same payment method/type that the customer used for their purchase.

For food and products suitable for consumption, we cannot grant a right of return for your own safety. For all other items, there is a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase. However, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer in any case.
