Defective product

If you have a defective product, please send an email to: info@drink-shop.ch, ideally with a photo of the defective product. We will surely find a solution.

Please also accept packages that are wet on the outside. It is easier for both sides if we only replace the items that are actually defective. Otherwise, unnecessary shipping costs will be incurred. THANK YOU

Refunds, Credits
If the customer is entitled to refunds or other credits, for example if an item is no longer available, these will be refunded to the same payment method/type that the customer used for their purchase.

For food and products suitable for consumption, we cannot grant a right of return for your own safety. For all other items, there is a right of withdrawal of 14 days from purchase. However, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer in all cases.
