Our General Terms and Conditions are binding upon placing your order.
General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

The following General Terms and Conditions of Business and Delivery apply explicitly to all orders:
Service
Drink-Trends Jost makes every effort to provide its customers with products of the highest quality. Our priority is customer satisfaction, and our goal is to offer you excellent service.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know so that we can respond.
Delivery and Services
All deliveries and services based on orders placed via the webshop, telephone, fax, and email are subject to these General Terms and Conditions. Deviating and/or supplementary agreements require the express consent of Drink-Trends Jost, Bernstrasse 102, 6003 Lucerne, as well as written form. A legally valid purchase agreement is concluded by sending the online order or as described above (telephone, fax, and email). The customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Business and Delivery by sending the online order or (telephone, fax, and email) in every case.
Orders & Delivery
Deliveries are made during the day during normal business hours. If no person authorized to accept the package is present at the delivery address specified in the order at the time of delivery, the postal worker will leave a collection slip and the package must be picked up at the post office within 7 days. If the package is returned to the sender, the customer must bear the additional transport costs for a new delivery. For beverages in glass bottles, we charge a transport surcharge of between CHF 0.1 and 1.00 to cover the additional cost of more expensive padding/packaging used. The conditions listed under the section "Shipping" form an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of Business and Delivery.
Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed by Drink-Shop.ch via email.
Purchase on Account (Availabill AG)
For a net order value of CHF 10 or more, we offer all private and business customers the payment method "purchase on account" via our partner, availabill AG, Hagenholzstrasse 85a, CH-8050 Zurich.
- The customer must be at least 18 years old (date of birth entry)
- The invoice and delivery address are identical
- The credit check is positive
As mentioned above, the "purchase on account" payment method requires, among other things, a positive credit check. If this is successful, the payment will be handled by availabill AG, which will take over the invoice claim from us after the conclusion of the purchase agreement. We remain responsible for all other matters, such as general inquiries about products or the shop, questions about the order, complaints and returns, or declarations of withdrawal and credits.
The goods will then be shipped without an invoice. The corresponding invoice will then be sent separately, either by email (free of charge) or by post (+CHF 2.50). Availabill AG is the invoice issuer, and the due amount must be paid directly to availabill AG within the period specified on the invoice (30 calendar days from the invoice date). Cross-settlement with another order is not permitted; each order must be paid independently and in full.
If you fail to meet your payment obligation, you will be in default after the expiry of the set payment period, at an annual interest rate of 12% p.a. Availabill AG is also entitled to charge dunning fees for each payment reminder. These are as follows:
- Fee for first reminder/payment reminder = free of charge
- Fee for second reminder = CHF 25.00
- Fee for third reminder = CHF 25.00
- Dossier assignment fee when transferred to debt collection = CHF 20.00
Availabill AG is entitled to refuse future payment processing for purchases on account in the case of subsequent purchases, also in relation to other merchants. The general terms and conditions of availabill AG apply: https://availabill.ch/kaeufer/agb
Prices / Minimum Order Value
The minimum value for products supplied by Drink-Trends Jost is CHF 30.- per order; any shipping costs incurred will be passed on to the customer.
All prices include Swiss VAT.
The product prices confirmed to the customer at the time of order are binding.
Transport Damage
Complaints due to transport damage must be made by the customer directly to the post office / transport company within the period provided for this purpose and Drink-Trends Jost must also be informed. Drink-Trends Jost shall under no circumstances assume liability for transport damage not caused by its own fault.
Complaints
Complaints due to scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect deliveries and quantity deviations must be made immediately, but no later than one week after receipt of the goods, in writing. In the case of justified complaints, Drink-Trends Jost will redeliver or charge the customer's account or the selected payment method accordingly less, and otherwise, subject to exclusion at its discretion, exchange the goods or grant the buyer a price reduction.
Refunds, Credits
If the customer is entitled to refunds or other credits, for example, if an item is no longer available, these will be refunded to the same payment method/type that the customer used to make the purchase with us.
For food and edible products, we cannot grant a right of return for your own safety. For all other items, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer in any case.
Checkout Notice:
You will receive the invoice by email free of charge.
Delivery Time
Ordered products are usually delivered/shipped within 1-5 days. Unless a longer delivery period was specified in the online shop (for products that we have to order for you), or you were informed of a delay by email.
Products with Alcohol
The purchase of alcoholic beverages is legally prohibited in Switzerland for persons under 18 (spirits) / 16 (wine/beer) years of age. By purchasing such products, you confirm that you are 16 or 18 years or older.
Delivery Area
Deliveries at the specified Swiss delivery price are limited to the territory of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Deliveries abroad have higher shipping costs, see "International Shipping" in the "Shipping Costs" section. Please note that for international shipping, additional VAT and/or customs duties may apply. Please inform yourself about this before placing your order.
Final Provisions
The invalidity of individual points of these General Terms and Conditions of Order shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
A new provision that comes as close as possible to the economic effect of the invalid provision shall take the place of the invalid provision.
Errors in product descriptions and prices are reserved. These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. The sole place of jurisdiction is Lucerne.
